License and Usage Terms

These license terms apply to the digital products offered by Novera,

in particular workbooks, e-books, guides, PDFs and templates.

1. Grant of License

Upon lawful purchase of a digital product, the buyer receives a simple, non-

exclusive and non-transferable right of use.

The license is generally limited to personal use by the buyer.

2. Permitted Use

The buyer may use the purchased product:

● for their own personal purposes

● store it on their own suitable devices.

● print it for their own personal use, provided this is technically possible.

3. Prohibited Use

In particular, the following are not permitted:

● Sharing with other persons

● Sale or resale

● Publication on the internet

● Uploading to public or unauthorized platforms

● Reproduction for the purpose of distribution

● Commercial use without express permission from Novera

● Removal of copyright notices or other protective markings

4. Copyright

All content of the digital product, including texts, graphics, structures, designs and

other components, is protected by copyright, unless expressly stated

otherwise.

The purchase does not transfer any ownership or copyright rights to the content.

5. Breach of License Terms

In the event of unauthorized use, the statutory claims of the rights holder shall

remain unaffected.

6. Changes to the Product

Novera may further develop, update or technically adapt digital products.

If a product is expressly offered as a time-limited access or with updates,

the details on the respective product page shall apply.
